| | Сегодня, за несколько дней до открытия конкурса WebTop 2006, Организационный комитет представил на утверждение Наблюдательному совету новый регламент конкурса. Согласившись с основными положениями обсужденного документа, совет предложил опубликовать их на сайте, после внесения небольших доработок. Таким образом, публикация регламента даст старт конкурсу WebTop 2006. Регистрация заявок на участие будет открыта в этот же день, 5 февраля. |

| | In rezultatul selectarii propunerilor dreptul de organizare a editiei a sasea a concursului WEBTOP a fost acordat Asociatiei DNT.
Lansarea concursului WEBTOP ' 2006 va avea loc pe data de 01.02.2007, intr-o conceptie transformata, pe un site nou si cu proceduri reinnoite.
Va rugam sa reveniti pentru a afla mai multe noutati.
Va aducem sincere felicitari cu ocazia sarbatorilor de iarna si Va dorim ca in anul anul care vine sa aveti parte de realizari frumoase si succese mari pe taram profesional.

28.09.2006 - Anunt de selectare a proiectelor pentru organizarea si mentinerea in continuare a concursului WEBTOP

WebTop a debutat in anul 2001 ca un concurs a celor mai semnificative web site-uri create in Moldova şi pentru Moldova.
Scopul concursului este de a contribui la integrarea Moldovei în spaţiul informaţional mondial utilizînd tehnologiile informaţionale şi de comunicare moderne.
Obiectivele concursului WebTop sunt:
a contribui la îmbunătăţirea calităţii site-urilor autohtone
a diversifica serviciile oferite prin internet
a evidenţia direcţiile principale in dezvoltarea actuală a site-urilor în Moldova
a evidenţiea domeniile slab prezentate pe WEB şi a susţine cele importante
a promova site-urile naţionale în concursurile internaţionale specializate
Va fi selectat un proiect pentru organizarea şi menţinerea în continuare a concursului WEBTOP.
Sunt eligibile asociaţiile obşteşti, organizaţiile neguvernamentale, societăţile cu răspundere limitată.
Se va acorda prioritate proiectelor cu o contribuţie confirmată din partea agenţilor economici, instituţiilor de stat, administraţiei publice, etc.
Valoarea grantului pentru organizarea concursului WEBTOP 2006 nu va depăşi suma de 10,000$.
Proiectele prezentate urmează să includă următoarele componente:
introducere (prezentarea organizaţiei, experienţa de lucru în domeniul respectiv, proiecte realizate, etc.);
viziunea clară şi argumentată de organizare a ediţiilor viitoare a concursului WEBTOP;
scopul şi obiectivele concursului WEBTOP;
comitetul organizatoric (componenţa, obligaţiunile şi responsabilităţile),
metodele de realizare a concursului (planul de acţiuni cu indicarea termenelor de realizare; activităţile concrete prin care se vor realiza obiectivele propuse, etc.).
prezentarea echipei care va realiza proiectul (componenţa echipei şi CV-urile personalului implicat în proiect, etc.);
metodologia de evaluare a site-urilor participante la concurs (modalitatea de selectare a experţilor, criteriile şi modul de evaluare a site-urilor participante la concurs, perioada de evaluare);
durabilitatea proiectului şi strategia pe viitor;
bugetul în dolari SUA însoţit de o detalizare şi justificare a costurilor.
La proiect se anexează scrisori de confirmare privind cofinanţarea acordată (în caz cînd există) pentru proiectul în cauză.
Scrisoare de suport din partea fiecărei organizaţii - partenere cu confirmarea contribuţiei în proiectul respectiv.

Termenul limită de prezentare a proiectelor la Fundaţia Soros-Moldova este 31 octombrie 2006.
