Juriul s-a constituit din persoanele fizice si juridice participante in concurs si care au inaintat siturile sale in categoria Web Design.

Tuturor candidatilor li s-a propus sa aleaga din companiile participante in juriu, companiile cu cea mai mare incredere selectand pozitia acelei companii de la 1 la 12. Unu fiind cea mai mare incredere, 12 - cea mai mica incredere
Criteriul de transformare a pozitiei in puncte este echivalent cu cel a Formulei - 1 versiunea veche.
